Fintechlab is the CEE region’s leading fintech innovation lab and startup accelerator, backed by MKB Bank. Based in Budapest, Hungary, we build a community of innovators, invest in and incubate startups and broker technology partnerships between MKB and the startup world. We have built a community of 2.000 people, including more than 100 regional startups and partners and we have a portfolio of 14 startup companies we have been incubating.

We are seeking a passionate and organized Office Manager to join the Fintechlab team and vision. As the Office Manager, you’ll be working on efficiently organize our resources and create a friendly work environment.
Key tasks and activities
- Manage our documents, and archives
- Purchase office supplies, and contact providers
- Welcome our guests
- Create a welcoming and well organized office environment
- Help us organize events and develop new and fun ideas
- Administration related to various contracts
- Taking care of money transfers, invoicing and contact with the accountant
Qualifications
- Self-starter: take charge and deliver on your own; pro-active and independent in a small team
- Detail Oriented: must be detail oriented and execute tasks with great accuracy
- Communicator: able to effectively communicate via calls, emails and face-to-face
- Receptive: open to feedback and to a collaborative work environment
- English-speaking: fluent in English
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite
